Stellenbosch Vineyard Residence

A new-build residence on a working vineyard estate. The architect specified vaulted timber-clad ceilings, seamless plasterboard finishes, and a series of pivoting partition walls between the living and entertaining spaces.

We worked directly with the architect's joiner to align ceiling set-outs with the timber cladding modules. Partition walls were detailed with concealed pivot hinges and flush shadow gaps so the divisions read as architectural moves rather than doors.

Handed over to the principal contractor for paint and finishes with zero recorded snags from the architect. Featured in House and Leisure's Q4 2024 issue.
